Step 1: Free Simplify Blueprint

A 30 to 60 minute working session. If it helps, you can also share your screen and show us how the work gets done.

You keep the results either way.

What you leave with

  • Bottleneck MapWhere work stalls, from first contact to getting paid.
  • Ranked Opportunity ListWhat to fix, in order.
  • Recommended quick winThe one fix to start with.
  • One-page Phase 1 spec with acceptance testsWhat gets built and how we check it works.
  • Fixed quote for Phase 1One price, in writing.
  • Context Pack and Connections MapHow your business runs and which tools hold the work.

The method: 4C + 4S

Four C's to learn how your business runs (Context, Connections, Capabilities, Cadence), wrapped in four S's: Stakes, Safeguards, Spec & Sign-off and Support.

  1. Stakes

What a win looks like, in numbers: goals, baseline, budget, timeline

  2. The 4 C's

    1. Context

How work flows in your business, from first contact to getting paid

    2. Connections

Which tools hold your work, and where information gets re-typed

    3. Capabilities

What you'd hand off first, and what a good result looks like

    4. Cadence

What happens daily, weekly and seasonally, and how you want to approve things

  3. Safeguards

Who approves, the edge cases, sensitive data, and how to pause everything

  4. Spec & Sign-off

A one-page spec with acceptance tests that you sign

  5. Support

Optional after the build: portal, monthly review and a light quarterly re-check

Step 2: The quick win

We pick one of the top three bottlenecks on your list and fix it first. It runs as drafts only at the start, so the risk stays low, and we measure it against where you started. When the fix is small, we aim to have it live about two weeks after you sign the spec.

Example of a drafts-only fix: a follow-up email draft that waits for the owner's approval before it goes out.

Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Step 3: Custom builds

We build the rest one phase at a time. Each phase has a one-page spec, a fixed price and acceptance tests. If something new comes up, it goes through a written change order before any work starts on it.

Step 4: Support

Optional

After a build, you can add a monthly plan that keeps what we built running and getting better. It's optional. If you'd rather run things yourself, you get the handoff kit and we remove our access.

How we work

  1. Before we build

    Access
Before kickoff, we send one checklist. All logins are set up by day 3, and we stay read-only unless your spec needs more.
    Signed before built
You sign the spec before we build anything.
  2. While we build

    Quick win
We aim for your first fix to be live about two weeks after you sign the spec, when the first fix is small.
    Approval
Nothing goes to your customers until you approve it.
    Your accounts
Everything runs in accounts in your name.
    Data
Your data never mixes with anyone else's.
  3. After the build

    When it's paid
Once a project is paid in full, what we built is yours to keep running. Your data and accounts stay yours.

What a quick win can look like

Some fixes are one small automation. Others connect a few of your tools into one system. These run from light to heavy.

These are kinds of fixes, not results. Yours will come from your own Blueprint.

  • Fix 01

Missed calls get a text back

When you miss a call, your phone line sends a text you wrote and logs the lead. One tool and one simple rule.

  • Fix 02

Invoice reminders go out on time

Reads due dates from your accounting software and sends a friendly reminder when an invoice is late. You approve the wording once.

  • Fix 03

    Quote drafts from your notes

AI turns your notes and price sheet into a draft quote in your format. You check the numbers and send it.

  • Fix 04

    An inbox that sorts itself

AI sorts incoming email by urgency and drafts replies to the routine ones. Nothing goes out until you or your team approve it.

  • Fix 05

    Paperwork entered for you

AI reads invoices or forms, checks them against your records and enters them in your system. Anything that doesn't match waits for a person.

  • Fix 06

One front desk for calls, texts and email

Connects your phone, texts and inbox into one queue. An AI assistant answers common questions from answers you approved and hands the rest to your team.

The Blueprint

Is the Blueprint really free?

Yes. You keep the Bottleneck Map, the ranked list and the Phase 1 spec whether you hire us or not.

Do I need to be the owner to book?

No. If you can approve a project like this, or bring someone who can, you can book.

How the work gets done

Do I have to switch software?

No. We build in the tools you already use, in accounts in your name.

Do you do AI receptionists?

Only when it's the right fix for your business, as one part of a custom build. It's never where we start.

Do bots message my customers on their own?

No. Everything is drafts-only until you approve it, and there's a kill switch.

Do you use AI to do the work?

Yes. AI does the busywork (drafting, building, testing), and a person approves everything before it reaches you or your customers.

How fast is the first fix?

We aim for about two weeks after you sign the spec, when the first fix is small. Bigger fixes get their own timeline in writing.

Ownership, support and stopping

Who owns what you build?

Your accounts and your data are always yours. Once a project is paid in full, the code we built for you is yours to keep running.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?

No. Support after a build is optional. Add a monthly plan if you want us to keep things running, or run what we built yourself with the handoff kit.

What if I want to stop?

You keep your accounts, data, docs and handoff kit. We remove our access.

Start with one bottleneck.

The Blueprint is free, and you keep it either way.
